Taking inspiration from the Belgian oude geuze and lambics that we love, this refreshing, funky wild ale was produced using a turbid wort or barley and unmalted wheat before extensive aging in ex-Chardonnay wine barrels for 14 months.
Our Post Mortem range allows us to dissect and examine unique styles of beer and experiment with unusual processes or ingredients.
