After Ascension came to Edinburgh for Gravity Beer Festival 2025 (and sinking many pints of Pickle) we started plotting with them for a collaborative release for 2026. The idea for Pickle Cider was born!
Blending Pilot Cider with an identical cucumber and dill addition to our infamous Pickle Gose, this cider offers wonderful notes of lemony creaminess from the dill, upon super fresh and lifting cucumber.
Vegan.
Contains sulphites for freshness.
