We may have stumbled upon something here… Using low attenuation yeast - for rich sweetness – alongside cryogenically frozen hop pellets has allowed us to cram as much juicy, hop character as possible into this small beer which punches way above its weight.
Grist: Flaked Jumbo Oats, Chit Malt, Extra Pale, Deluxe Flaked Wheat (GLUTEN)
Hot-side hops: Nectaron, Motueka T90
Cold-side hops: Motueka T90, Nelson Sauvin CGX
Yeast: Low Rider
Hops fade. Drink fresh.
