SQUISH - Double IPA

SQUISH – Idaho-7 DIPA – 7.0%

The triple dry-hopped DIPA so good, it was recently voted Best DIPA in Scotland. For our third edition we’ve gone mad with Idaho-7, using it throughout the brewing process and in huge doses! Overloaded with apricot, orange, red grapefruit and papaya flavours but just as creamy, hazy and sticky as ever.

Since Squish was voted Best Double IPA in Scotland last year on Untappd we figured we'd give our third edition a bit of a facelift, so we asked our long time collaborator and designer Stewart Armstrong to do his thing and create something more fitting of the title.

Grist: Naked Malted Oats, Torrified Wheat, Heidelberg Extra Pale (GLUTEN)
Hot-side hops: Idaho-7 T90,
Cold-side hops: Idaho-7 T90, Idaho-7 Flex
Yeast: Pomona

Hops fade. Drink fresh.
